Soft Landing Transitions is a Senior Move Management service, but so much more.
It was the long-time goal of woman-owner and operator, Kim Green, to bring her skills of project management and instructional guidance to help ease the stress of seniors in transition after witnessing the stress of transitioning her own parents from one home living environment to another multiple times over a relatively short period of time.
It is the mission of Soft Landing Transitions to help clients create a living space that is safe, functional, and feels like home while transitioning from their existing residence to the next, but it also our mission to address the unique concerns and challenges facing elderly and handicapped persons when transitioning from the homes they’ve known for years and into a new living space they’re not familiar with.
